When you create a profile on Eventzone you accept:
That Eventzone may display your profile to Eventzone’s users and on associated sites.
That your booking e-mail and any given booking phone number may be forwarded to users of Eventzone.
That direct enquiries are sent to you, all of which must be replied to regardless of whether you are available, busy or potentially available.
That Eventzone may contact you if a direct enquiry has not been answered within a specified time.
That you are the most direct booking contact. If Eventzone deems that this is not the case, we reserve the right to delete the profile or adjust it to ensure direct contact.
That your profile text, images, audio clips and videos do not contain pornographic or offensive content or references to external websites, phone numbers or emails.
That Eventzone may collect customer reviews and display them on your profile - and that all customer reviews are linked to your profile on Eventzone and may not be copied or reproduced on other websites.
That Eventzone may send offers, news, amendments etc. to you via email and SMS and contact you by phone.
That the artist name and URL/profile name may not include slogans, city names, geographical areas or websites addresses.
Text and images: Uploading text and images for which you do not hold the full copyright is not permitted. Eventzone cannot be held responsible if you do so.
Audio and film clips: Eventzone has an agreement with IMRO for Music and pays the IMRO for Music fee for audio and video clips streamed from your profile page.
You consent to Eventzone collecting and registering any information you enter into our system, including information about name, address, telephone number, e-mail, submitted images, audio and film clips, etc. All information is collected for Eventzone's use and administration.
Eventzone is not a party to the actual agreement with the user (organiser). Therefore, we assume no responsibility for the content, fulfilment, execution, settlement etc. of the agreement.
Eventzone is not liable for any kind of data loss.
You can put your profile on standby at any time - or request to have your profile deleted.
Eventzone reserves the right to delete/change your profile or put it on standby without further notice should Eventzone deem the content to be inappropriate, offensive or harmful to the site and should direct enquiries not be replied to after repeated reminders from Eventzone.
Eventzone reserves the right to amend terms and prices with a 14-day notice.
