✨BIO✨Vik and Mick are an acoustic duo based in Dublin, formed in 2024 through a shared passion for live performance and a love of music. Featuring lead vocalist Vik and guitarist/backing vocalist Mick, the pair deliver a dynamic blend of acoustic pop and rock with heartfelt energy and a distinctive sound. Their debut performance took place at the Star Bar on Baggot Street, marking the beginning of their journey on the Dublin music scene.

Vik, a recent graduate of BIMM Dublin with a Diploma in Vocals, brings a rich musical background that includes classical singing, choir leading, and piano. With a deep affinity for contemporary genres, she has crafted a powerful vocal presence rooted in pop-rock sensibilities. She has performed at well-known venues such as Opium, Whelan’s, and The Workman’s Club, and recently released her debut single, Next Page, in collaboration with the hip hop artist Clover.

Mick holds a Degree in Music Performance with a focus on Classical Guitar from Maynooth University. A seasoned performer, he has been part of several original and cover bands in Dublin, including the creatively named Magic Moogle’s Vintage Psycho Arrangement. Mick also writes his own music and has played at many of the city’s iconic venues, including Whelan’s, Sin É, and The Workman’s Club.

Together, Vik and Mick are building a reputation for engaging acoustic sets and strong musical chemistry. With plans to perform throughout Dublin and beyond, they are an emerging act to watch on the Irish live music circuit.
